| By the time this issue gets to you the year 2008 is more than four months old. We have just celebrated the regional festivals of spring with spice, dance and music of the season, enjoying the riot of colors if we were watching nature closely or splashing color on one another ! spring is also symbolic of newness of life when nature is in full bloom and weather is pleasant. You will all agree, that spring is the best time of the year. |

| At the start of this year, we all replaced our old calendars with new ones. Did we start out on anything new or change something old in our lives. it is good to retrospect often and find out the direction we are heading in. |

| We can see everything around us changing. More and more people becoming health conscious - we have fitness gyms all around us. Laughter clubs and t. v. laughter channels are becoming more popular than the family soaps. look at how our favorite sport cricket has changed ! in cricket today we have sport and entertainment offered to us on a single platter. Something beyond our imagination ! cricket somehow manages to capture the limelight and our attention MOST OF THE TIME. |

| The winds of change are sweeping over Indofil at a quickened pace. We are at a stage, when we cannot afford events to take us over - rather we should BE IN CHARGE. At the end of this quarter the executive team and board of directors came together for 3 - 4 days at bali (INDONESIA) to decide future strategies. they came up with significant key drivers that have set the momentum for Indofil, if the target turnover has to be superceded. |

| It is almost a year since we drew up our vision, mission and values for the company. A recent random survey indicated that most of us have imbibed these values to perform better at the work place. Speed of response will enhance our individual performance and give the company a winning outlook. It must be our endeavor to always seek ways and means to do better by the day. |

| Our business plans and budgets have been finalized and our short and long term actions plans are taking shape. All of us have an immense variety of strengths and zeal at various levels. we have seen these emerge through our various teams that overcame challenges and accomplished the impossible. Let us continue in this spirit to make this year another rewarding one for Indofil. |
