We are into the business of Agricultural Chemicals and Specialty & Performance Chemicals and holds trade mark registrations for the mark / name Indofil in all Classes particularly Class 1 and Class 5 under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 in India. |

The said domain has been registered in a unscrupulous and an unauthorised manner without our permission.
